Changes to Stoney Acres

Hi Gang!

It’s hard to believe that it has been almost 3 years that I have been blogging here at Stoney Acres!  I had been looking at the old “theme” that we were using and had asked around for some advice from other bloggers.  This made me think it was time for a little bit of revamping.  So here it is!

The new and improved Stoney Acres!!  I hope you like it.  My point in changing the layout was to make everything look cleaner and to get the side bars over to one side to make reading the posts a little easier.  I’d love any pointers from my other blogging friends!  I’m probably not done yet!  I’ve learned just enough coding to make myself dangerous so I may be making a few more tweaks here and there.

We have some exciting things happening here on the site.  We are going to expand our focus just a little to allow Mrs. Stoney a chance to write a few more articles about healthy living and exercise.  Also I have been asked to write a monthly gardening post for an awesome blog called  I will be writing there once a month for the next 5 months at least!!  That will mean hopefully new folks will be visiting Stoney Acres soon.  My first post will be July 17th, 2014.

Also in the not to distant future we will be launching another new site, Stone Mountain Home and Garden.  Where we will be offering awesome deals on home and garden supplies that go along with our healthy life style.  More on that soon!

So I hope you like the new look of the site!  Come back often for great posts on Gardening, Cooking and Healthy Living!!

I keep thinking I need to change my banner someday. I like the simple layout that I have though. I like yours too.
