Thanks Rick! I have not been successful in growing brassicas, so I'm going to try starting them indoors now... maybe that's the problem. By the time they get big enough the weather turns on them, when I direct sow.

Thanks for the information. Was looking to replace/replant some early season crops. Have just planted new zucchini and bunch beans outdoors and sowed new cabbage indoors. Will sow some new Kale before this month is out as well. Also set out peppers and tomatoes for later crops. Will add Yellow Wax Beans are a good bunch bean to plant. They are ready in 45 days compared to the 60 days for green beans. (They were my first early bean crop this year and may be my last one of the season as well.)

It would be pretty hot in a green house for cool season crops right now. You would be better off starting them indoors under lights.

Thanks for the article. I have tomatotes, peppers, cukes, cantaloupes, zucchini, and salad greens in a hydroponic hoop house, and potatoes, peas, green beans, and berries growing in dirt. Always looking for what to do next when one crop comes out.

My garden(s) are in full swing! Russets, Yukon Golds exploding with growth. Bulbing onions should be close to harvest for curing end of June. Everbearing strawberries ..whoa, we’ve been enjoying for two months continuously. Inside greenhouse, sweet peas DONE. tomatoes taking off, broccoli doing good, lettuce ok, cucumbers true leaves coming along, zucchini taking off like a rocket! Bunching onions happy, happy—been cutting as needed and they keep on keeping on! Finally bell pepper plants this year. True leaves are out..hoping they make it! Arugula DONE—attacked by aphids something awful…and the catnip that was growing in same bin untouched by aphids but didn’t stop them from destroying my arugula..

Garlic …turned off water so they can finish up. Should be able to harvest and cure soon. Not sure my bulbs will be bigger this time..we shall see.
