Hi, thanks for the great article. Cilantro reseeding is a favorite crop that survives our winter.
Is lettuce similar?

In reply to Liz. Liz, yes you can start the transplants outside as well. I just like to have them in a controlled environment away from the weather extremes at first, then I harden them off later. Plus starting them indoors saves me room in the garden to let the summer crops keep producing!!
