The holidays are a fun time, I love giving gifts to my family and friends. But my family members are always asking me what holiday gift they can get for me. I always have a hard time with this. But as an avid lover of digging in the dirt, there are always lots of fun gift ideas for gardeners. So here’s my list, including why I think they are a good idea!!
Garden Canvas Grow Bags
I’ve just recently started using these grow bags to grow veggies in oddball corners of my garden. So far I have been impressed with what they do. They require a little more attention than a pot (they can dry out a little easier). But they are easy to move around and they are reusable for years.
Watering Cans
Especially unique ones. I love having a couple of cool looking watering cans around the garden. It’s nice to have more than one, then I can keep one in the front yard and one in the back. We keep them full of water and close to pots and other plants that might need a quick drink on a hot day.
Harvest Baskets
It’s nice to have some baskets to harvest your produce into. I nice big one that has a handle you can tote from place to place while you are working in the garden.

Gloves are a perfect Gift Ideas for Gardeners. Mine are always wearing out (or getting misplace) so I always appreciate have a few extra pairs around. Gloves are fantastic as a simple gift to a friend or neighbor that loves to garden.

I love this idea. They have creative garden themed phone cases for both I-phones and Androids
Garden Pruners
Pruners are another one of those gift ideas for gardeners that you can’t have too many of. I’m always misplacing mine so it is nice to have a backup pair around until I find my good ones!!

These are especially nice to have around. I have a million of those little rake things, but I am always needing more small shoves and trowels.

These handy little creations give you a spot for a bucket along with a place for all your tools

For the garden clogs are a perfect shoe. They are easy to get on and off and are easy to wash the mud off without worrying about ruining the shoe.

Seed collections are always a fun idea. Every gardener loves more seeds and these are a simple way to give a garden-related gift.

You would be amazed at how handy these knives can be. Perfect for digging, cutting sod or separating transplants.
