The holidays are a fun time, I love giving gifts to my family and friends. But my family members are always asking me what holiday gift they can get for me. I always have a hard time with this. But as an avid lover of digging in the dirt, there are always lots of fun gift ideas for gardeners. So here’s my list, including why I think they are a good idea!!

Garden Canvas Grow Bag

I’ve just recently started using these grow bags to grow veggies in oddball corners of my garden. So far I have been impressed with what they do. They require a little more attention than a pot (they can dry out a little easier). But they are easy to move around and they are reusable for years.

Heat Mat

Seed starting is just around the corner! I love the idea of getting your favorite gardener some awesome seed starting supplies for Christmas.

Kneeling Pads

My 40+ year old knees just don’t handle kneeling on the ground as they did in my 20’s. Kneeling pads are great gift ideas for gardeners

Gardening Video Course

Gift Ideas for Gardeners

Help your gardening friend learn more about their hobby with a video course. Online courses are all the rage right now and there is a wide range of topics out there. Most courses are priced between $10 to $30

Gardening Apron

A gardening apron is a perfect gift idea for gardeners. I’m constantly getting my clothes dirty while gardening, so it’s nice to have something to protect them.

Sprouting Kit

I love this idea. This gives gardeners something that they can grow over the winter! Plus sprouts are a delicious treat!

Garden Pruners

Pruners are another one of those gift ideas for gardeners that you can’t have too many of. I’m always misplacing mine so it is nice to have a backup pair around until I find my good ones!!

Hand Tools

These are especially nice to have around. I have a million of those little rake things, but I am always needing more small shoves and trowels.

Gardening Tote

These handy little creations give you a spot for a bucket along with a place for all your tools

Gardening Board Game

I love board games, especially during the colder months. A gardening themed game is such a fun idea!

Pots/Planters

I love getting more pots and planters for my garden.

Seed Kits

Seed collections are always a fun idea. Every gardener loves more seeds and these are a simple way to give a garden-related gift.

Garden Knife

You would be amazed at how handy these knives can be. Perfect for digging, cutting sod, or separating transplants.

Collapsible Rake

I love the idea of a rake that collapses for easy storage!

Harvesting Shears

Harvesting shears are a perfect little gift to give to your favorite gardener.

I hope this list helps you with some gift idea for gardeners. Don’t forget to check out my video courses as well, they make a great gift and are 25% off through this link.
